Welcome to The Bottomless Hole for Ideas Never to Be Revisited by Stargate. If you've watched very many episodes of Stargate SG-1 you may find yourself wondering what happened to a certain planet, character or item after it was used in an episode. Many of those things are shown again, or at least talked about a little. But some things never come up again. This is a place for a listing of those things.
The Hole contains a list of characters, locations, technologies, aliens and other items that appeared at least once and disappeared. Some of the items listed appeared several times and suddenly disappeared with no explanation ever offered by the series. Some of them are throwaway characters, races, technologies, concepts or locations that could have been interesting to see again. This is not an attempt to list everything that's been dropped by the series over the years. Also, I'm going to try to list things that are flat-out contradictions. Currently I am focusing on items that have not reappeared after at least one season, so I probably won't have anything here for Season Seven or Eight of Stargate SG-1 for a while. By the way, you should have probably have guessed by now that I'm going to include everything. So this is your Spoiler Warning.
